Job Description

Universal Motors is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Junior Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of practical experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

The successful candidate will help strengthen our online presence, promote our brand, create engaging content, and support marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Design creative social media posts using Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and marketing content.
• Monitor social media comments, messages, and customer inquiries and respond professionally.
• Assist with planning, launching, and monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant automotive market content.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's products and services.
• Maintain consistent branding and communication across all social media platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar content creation and graphic design tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of social media trends, content planning, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising campaigns.
• Creative thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an advantage.
