• Manage social media community and daily engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries.
• Monitor brand mentions, trends, and audience feedback.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Support social media campaigns and engagement activities.
• Maintain a positive and consistent brand image.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• FMCG experience will be an added advantage.
