KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars
• Create and publish posts, stories, reels and engaging digital content
• Develop creative captions and social media concepts
• Design social media posts, stories, banners, promotional creatives and marketing materials
• Create campaign, sale and product launch creatives
• Edit and enhance product images
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Monitor trends, competitors, audience engagement and social media performance
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams for campaigns, shoots and content
• Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines

VIDEO EDITING & PRODUCTION

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience in editing reels, promotional videos and product-focused content
• Good understanding of audio editing, sound balancing, voiceovers, background music and sound effects
• Understanding of video production and social media content creation
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics will be an added advantage

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management and graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and social media work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Good content writing and communication skills
• Strong creativity, visual sense and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with fashion, watches, retail, lifestyle or e-commerce brands
• Basic product photography skills
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics
• Strong reel creation and video editing skills
• Knowledge of motion graphics will be an added advantage
