Social Media Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organized Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts and maintain a consistent, engaging online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
• Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
• Proofread all social media content before publishing and ensure it is free from spelling, grammar, punctuation, and factual errors.
• Monitor and manage comments, direct messages, and audience interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate with the content and design team to ensure posts are published on schedule.
• Monitor social media engagement and audience activity.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, features, and best practices.
• Review basic social media analytics and performance.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation.
• Perform other social media and marketing-related tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proofreading skills, must pay attention to details.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
