Mars TechTier is looking for a hands-on Lead Generation & Paid Ads Specialist who knows their way around Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads and can confidently manage campaigns, audiences, leads, reporting, and day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

l Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads

l Work with Google Ads campaigns and the Google Ads dashboard

l Set up, monitor, and optimize lead-generation campaigns

l Track campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions, and other key metrics

l Manage and organize leads generated through paid campaigns

l Manage social media accounts for clients, including posting, basic content management, and day-to-day account activity

l Make campaign adjustments based on performance and provided strategy

l Prepare basic campaign/performance reports

l Work closely with the team to execute marketing strategies effectively

What We’re Looking For

l 1–2 years of practical experience in lead generation, Meta Ads, and/or Google Ads

l Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

l Good working knowledge of the Google Ads dashboard

l Comfortable navigating ad platforms, campaign settings, targeting, budgets, audiences, reporting, etc.

l Experience managing social media accounts is a must

l Ability to understand and execute an existing strategy

l Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

l Good communication and organizational skills

l Willingness to work onsite in Clifton, Karachi

l Must be comfortable working the night shift

Important: You don't need to be a marketing strategist or come up with everything from scratch. The strategy and direction will be provided.

What we need is someone who is experienced, hands-on, and highly comfortable using the actual tools and dashboards — especially Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

⭐ Bonus: Experience managing multiple client ad accounts, Google Analytics/GA4, conversion tracking, or CRM/lead management systems.
