Manager Applications

The Manager Applications will lead a team of web and application developers, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of web and mobile-based applications to support business needs. The role requires technical leadership, project management, and hands-on expertise in web and application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web/application developers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile applications, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code while enforcing best practices for unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Work with Linux-based systems, utilizing command-line tools and scripting where necessary.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems, working with APIs and relational databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in web and application development.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in PHP-based MVC frameworks (e.g., CodeIgniter, Laravel).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Express) and Flutter for mobile development.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
• Hands-on experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong expertise in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
