AM Associates is a growing name in the construction industry, known for delivering quality, efficiency, and innovation in every project. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Costing & Planning to join our team and lead the cost and planning function across multiple ongoing and upcoming projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
Develop project schedules and resource plans in coordination with project teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with planned timelines and budgets.
Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare and present regular cost and progress reports.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams for cost and planning inputs.
Support tendering and bidding processes through cost analysis and planning support.
Ensure compliance with financial controls and project governance.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7–10 years of relevant experience in project costing and planning within the construction industry.
Strong command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Excel).
Sound understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, and tendering processes.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
