We are hiring a high-output, data-driven Marketing Strategist to lead and execute marketing initiatives for a growing multi-location healthcare organization.
This is not a coordination role. You will own strategy, execution, and performance across multiple channels—and be accountable for measurable growth.

What You Will Own
Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across multiple locations
- Identify growth opportunities across services and patient segments
- Set KPIs tied to patient acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Report directly to leadership with clear, data-backed insights
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Control and allocate budget efficiently across locations
- Monitor campaigns daily and adjust based on performance
SEO & Website Optimization
- Drive local SEO performance across multiple locations
- Optimize website conversion and traffic using analytics tools
- Ensure content aligns with services and patient intent
Social Media & Content
- Develop platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and trust-building
- Manage engagement and brand reputation
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build segmented campaigns for acquisition and retention
- Automate workflows (follow-ups, reminders, reactivation campaigns)
- Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Brand & Reputation Management
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all locations
- Monitor and respond to patient reviews professionally
- Drive review generation and reputation improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6+ years in digital marketing (required)
- Proven experience in multi-channel campaigns (ads, SEO, email, social)
- Experience in healthcare OR multi-location business (strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of compliance in marketing (regulated industries preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics / Search Console
- Ability to manage multiple locations without performance drop
- Strong written communication — must simplify complex services clearly
