Marketing & Talent Sourcing Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Talent Sourcing Intern in Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Department to learn & support our high-volume hiring needs at the world’s largest BPO. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and employer branding to attract top talent at scale.

Tenure : 3 Months
Work days : Monday to Friday
Shift : Morning (9 Hour)
Location : Karachi (Office Based)
Stipend : Yes, PKR 40,000/- per month

✅ Talent Sourcing & Job Marketing

Maintain and optimize sourcing channels, ensuring maximum reach and efficiency.
Track and analyze sourcing avenues, platform performance, and key hiring metrics.
Ensure job postings are updated and effectively positioned across all sourcing platforms.
Develop strategies to increase application flow across all hiring channels.
Proactively headhunt potential candidates using professional and social media platforms.

✅ Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

Implement and manage employer branding campaigns to boost awareness and attract talent.
Identify and execute initiatives to increase word-of-mouth hiring through strategic partnerships.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure branding efforts align with hiring goals.

✅ Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

Work closely with educational institutes and sourcing partners to streamline hiring efforts.
Provide agile support to the recruitment team, adapting to changing hiring demands.

What must you showcase (Requirements):

Bachelors Completed from any reputable university in Marketing, Advertisements, PR, Mass Communication, HR
Proficient with data handling in MS Excel
Excellent Communication Skills
Data-driven problem solving
Creative and innovative mindset
Presentable Personality
Pressure handling
Critical thinking
