Job Description

HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Medical Doctor to provide exceptional patient care through accurate clinical examination, timely medical diagnosis, and effective treatment planning. The ideal candidate holds an MBBS degree with a valid PMDC license and has completed at least one year of house job experience. The Medical Doctor will work independently, applying medical knowledge and skills to diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough medical documentation to ensure continuity of care and patient safety. This role focuses on delivering high-quality medical services in a fast-paced healthcare environment, adhering to established protocols and ethical guidelines. The Medical Doctor actively engages in patient consultations, monitors patient progress, and communicates clearly with patients regarding diagnoses and treatment options. While this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and compassionate patient interaction.
Responsibilities
 

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments through clinical examinations and evaluation of medical history.
• Diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions accurately using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient health needs effectively.
• Perform medical procedures and interventions within the scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient encounters, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Stay updated with advancements in medical knowledge and integrate them into clinical practice.
