Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

• To support in the design and Implementation of M & E framework of the NRSP component of the project.
• Responsible to take care of all monitoring and reporting aspects of the project.
• Regular compilation of field monitoring information and generation of Programme monitoring reports at project level for further reporting to the Project Manager/Team Lead.
• To conduct day to day monitoring to the locations where programme activities are being implemented on the ground and document process and programme monitoring.
• To collect and catalogue relevant case studies, photographs and captions from the field.
• To keep close track of all project programmatic progress.
• To be responsible for data management as per project requirements,
• Maintain effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission to PIU/Management
• Validate Programme progress reported by the implementation teams.
• Monitoring of all programme related documentation/record keeping ensuring that it meets the desired standard.
• Ensure quality control checks to ensure programme delivery as per the requirements.
• Planning, execution and supervision of end line, baselines surveys, assessments and evaluations.
• Finalizing the project inception report and project completion report.
• Maintain a record of all monitoring documents relating to the project.
• Any other task assigned by the management
