Guide the process for identifying and designing the key indicators for each component, to record and report physical progress against the Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB).

Implementation of M&E: Ensure the implementation of overall established M&E system. Lead the conduct of baseline, midline, and end-line surveys and satisfaction surveys. Ensure regular monitoring of project activities and progress. Review monitoring reports; analyze them for impact evaluation and to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation. Maintain a centralized database to store and manage project data securely. Undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation M&E framework, identify of implementation issues and identify corrective measures.

Knowledge management and learning: Ensure that monitoring data are discussed in a timely way in terms of implications for future actions. Document success stories, lessons learned, and best practices for knowledge sharing and project improvement. Plan for regular opportunities to identify lessons learned and implications for the project's next steps. Participate in knowledge management events when possible and develop success stories of the project.

Capacity Building: Develop a plan for project-related capacity-building on M&E, undertake training of project staff and partners on M&E tools, methodologies (including participatory aspects), and data collection processes.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with implementing partners, government agencies, and community organizations to ensure alignment of M&E activities.Compliance and Accountability: Ennire adsurence t donor requirements and intemarional standards for MALE

Implement mechanisms for tracking feedback and complaints from beneficiaries to improve accountability.

Duration of Assignment:

All the positions are initially for the period of 12 months for incremental staff and 36 months for individual consultants/ experts, and further extendable on year to year performance basis till project life. All the positions are contractual; the contract can be terminated at any time if the offered services declared as unsatisfactory. Candidates already serving in the Government Departments/ Public sector organization have to apply through proper channel.
