Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Oncology Product Manager to lead the strategic planning, marketing, and execution of oncology product initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for driving product growth, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of oncology products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for oncology products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Work closely with sales teams to provide training, promotional materials, and product knowledge support.
Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts to maximize market penetration and profitability.
Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to promote oncology products.
Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance product visibility.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.
Prepare and present reports on product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, preferably in the oncology sector.
Strong knowledge of oncology treatments, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and conferences.
Ideal candidate should know 4 wheel driving and should have a car
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or specialized certification in Product Management / Marketing.
Experience in launching new oncology products.
Strong network within the oncology healthcare industry.
