I. Job Responsibilities1、Be responsible for AMEA area Products management, you need to travel to Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, etc.2、Take charge of the life - cycle management of the assigned product lines, including new product development, product pricing, profit management, and achieving sales targets.3、Be responsible for collecting market information, industry trends, and customer needs, determine the product development direction, and collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products and upgrade existing products.4、Organize the technical documentation of the assigned products, formulate solutions, conduct internal training, engage in external technical exchanges, promote products, follow up on factory samples, and handle customer issues.5、Provide research directions for application research on products or process technologies based on market demands, and guide the laboratory's application research work.II. Qualifications1、A bachelor's degree or above in dyeing and finishing related majors.2、More than 5 years of work experience in the printing and dyeing industry, with a good understanding of pretreatment or post - treatment processes. Preference will be given to those with product manager experience in international auxiliaries companies.3、Have a strong sense of enterprise, be willing to take on challenges, be good at communication, possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as teamwork spirit.4、Those with good English skills are preferred.5、Preference will be given to those with product manager experience in printing and OBA auxiliaries product management.
