We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk activities and greet visitors
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support team members with administrative tasks
Ensure the office is tidy and well-organized
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
