Outreach Officer

Job Summary: As the Outreach Officer at Colaraz, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and driving student admissions through our innovative admissions platform. This position requires proactive engagement with high schools, academies, and tuition centers to promote Colaraz and facilitate student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Outreach Visits: Visit high schools, academies, and tuition centers to promote the Colaraz Admissions platform.

2. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, counselors, and teachers.

3. Educate and Present: Conduct presentations and workshops to educate prospective students and their families about the benefits of using Colaraz for admissions.

4. Promote Features: Highlight unique features and advantages of the Colaraz platform to encourage adoption and usage among students.

5. Generate Leads: Drive student admissions by actively generating leads and encouraging applications through the Colaraz Admissions platform.

6. Coordinate Events: Participate in events, fairs, and seminars to showcase Colaraz and interact with potential users.

7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from schools and students to improve our outreach strategies and platform offerings.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.

· Zero to Six (months) of experience in outreach, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the education sector.

· Understanding of educational institutions’ admissions processes.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

· Willingness to travel as needed.

· Good time-management skills.

· Enthusiastic about educational technology and its impact on student admissions.
