Paper Sales & Marketing Executive

Recruit AI is seeking a motivated Paper Sales & Marketing Executive to support the promotion and sales of paper products in the local market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research to ensure a competitive edge in the paper import and export industry. This role requires a minimum of two years experience in sales and marketing with proven communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. The position is full-time and based on-site in Karachi. The role involves direct interaction with clients to present product offerings and negotiate sales agreements while working closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office applications and have experience with sales reporting and market analysis. This position does not involve managing a team but plays a vital role in advancing company sales goals and capturing new market segments through data-driven insights and strong client engagement.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in the paper product market.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs.
• Build and sustain strong, trustworthy relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations and client visits to demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments including logistics and customer service to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform management decisions.
• Utilize MS Office tools to organize sales data, maintain records, and streamline communication.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring agreements align with company goals and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in local market events and trade shows to promote products and expand the customer base.
