Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Content Strategist role based in Garden East, Karachi. The Performance Content Strategist at ADVI MEDIA will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven content strategies that drive measurable results across paid and organic channels. The role bridges the gap between creative storytelling and performance marketing — turning consumer insights, platform data, and brand objectives into high-converting content concepts and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of paid social ecosystems, content performance metrics, and the psychology of consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance-driven content strategies for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms
- Create detailed content briefs and creative frameworks for video editors and graphic designers
- Analyze content performance data and translate insights into optimized creative concepts
- Identify winning content patterns, hooks, and formats through continuous testing and iteration
- Collaborate with the media buying team to align content strategy with campaign objectives and ROAS targets
- Conduct audience research and develop deep consumer personas to inform content direction
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaign launches and promotional schedules
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
- Lead A/B testing of content concepts, hooks, formats, and messaging frameworks
- Prepare weekly and monthly content performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Work closely with brand teams to ensure content consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop organic and paid content strategies that complement each other for maximum impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content strategy with a strong focus on performance marketing
- Proven track record of developing content strategies that drove measurable results for e-commerce or D2C brands
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and paid social ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of content performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA, and engagement rates
- Experience developing creative briefs, content frameworks, and strategic content calendars
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling, and conversion-focused content
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable content strategies
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and creative testing frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, design, and media buying teams
- Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with content management tools and analytics platforms is a strong plus
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and organic social strategy is a plus.
