What You’ll Be Doing

Run the personal social media presence (primarily Twitter/X and LinkedIn) for Lumida’s founder.
Write and publish daily posts and threads: market commentary, podcast insights, charts, and timely takes.
Extract content from podcasts, research papers, internal conversations, and market data to create high-value, shareable content.
Monitor financial and macro news to draft reactive content that positions the founder as a thought leader.
Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar with consistent output.
Create engaging "Chart of the Day", tweetstorms, and macro commentary posts that reflect Lumida’s brand and the founder’s voice.
Track content performance and iterate based on what’s resonating with the audience.
Use tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, Twitter Analytics, and scheduling tools (Hypefury, Buffer) to stay organized and deliver consistently.


What We’re Looking For

A storyteller with flawless writing chops and the ability to turn complex insights into crisp, punchy posts.
Passion for macro, markets, and investing — and an instinct for what will engage that audience.
A history of working on content that achieved organic growth or virality.
Comfort working autonomously, managing deadlines, and shifting priorities based on real-time performance.
Bonus if you've written or managed a personal brand account before — especially in finance, investing, or crypto.


✅ Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media, personal branding, or content coordination roles.
Demonstrated success growing or managing a personal or founder-led social account.
Strong writing, research, and curation skills.
Proficiency with social scheduling tools and content management systems.
Based in India, available for remote work with some overlap in US time zones.
