We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our international clients. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content strategy tailored to a global audience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling social media accounts, especially in a service-based business environment, and be comfortable working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, proactively integrating new features and approaches to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (text, images, videos, infographics, stories, reels, etc.) tailored for each platform.
Collaborate with design, Project Manager, and content teams to develop creative campaigns and support broader marketing initiatives.
Ensure all content is error-free, visually appealing, and consistent with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
Monitor all social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally to foster positive interactions and build community trust.
Engage with followers, encourage user-generated content, and support online conversations to grow and retain the audience.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions, etc.) using analytics tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
Use data-driven decision-making to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
Work closely with Project Management Team, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment across all channels.
Support influencer outreach, live events, webinars, and digital campaigns as needed.
Maintain brand reputation and monitor online sentiment, escalating issues as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience managing social media for international clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of global digital culture and international audience behavior.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines under pressure.
Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
