Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated Phone Banking Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing information about banking products and services, and assisting customers with their inquiries and requests. The candidate must hold a graduation degree and have at least one year of relevant experience in a similar environment. The position does not involve managing a team but calls for excellent individual performance and collaboration with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. The Phone Banking Officer plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by effectively communicating banking options, resolving concerns, and promoting additional services. This position demands strong communication skills, proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. The role is ideal for candidates who excel in public speaking and who have a passion for delivering exceptional phone-based customer service while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
 

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers with banking inquiries and services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, and bank products.
  • Manage and update customer information in CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly by investigating and liaising with relevant departments.
  • Promote additional banking products and services to customers through effective communication techniques.
  • Maintain compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and security standards during all interactions.
  • Document call details and customer interactions thoroughly for future reference and management reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to facilitate timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention post-interaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on banking products, systems, and communication skills.
