Point of Sale Surveillance Auditor

Job Description

Broad Peak Global Services is seeking a detail-oriented Point of Sale Surveillance Auditor with at least 1 year of experience to strengthen the company's internal controls and enhance fraud detection within retail and POS operations. This role requires a professional who excels in auditing POS transactions, possesses strong accounting knowledge, and is adept at identifying anomalies through advanced data analysis techniques. The Surveillance Auditor will play a critical role in monitoring compliance, reconciling financial records, and reporting findings to cross-functional teams, all while maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is proficient with surveillance software, POS systems, and spreadsheets and demonstrates the ability to interpret and analyze transactional data effectively. This role demands strong communication skills for clear and professional reporting, alongside a commitment to accuracy and compliance. The auditor will work full time on-site in Karachi and contribute to safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization through thorough transaction analysis and risk assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities
 

Monitor and review Point‑of‑Sale (POS) camera footage on a daily basis.

Identify any suspicious activities, discrepancies, or irregularities at POS terminals.

Prepare detailed daily/weekly reports of findings and observations.

Highlight theft, fraud, procedural violations, or operational issues observed in the footage.

Coordinate with concerned teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance data and reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards.

Training will be provided upon joining. After successful completion of training, you will be assigned to monitor a set number of stores during your probation period.
