Bahria University is inviting applications for a highly qualified and experienced academic and administrative leader to serve as 

Principal

 of its Post Graduate Institute at the Health Sciences Campus in Karachi. The selected individual will lead the institution in academic and research development, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead postgraduate programs with a strong emphasis on academic excellence and advanced training.
• Promote high-quality, interdisciplinary research aligned with national priorities.
• Ensure compliance with university, accreditation, and regulatory standards (e.g., PM&DC).
• Drive program accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional evaluation processes.
• Develop postgraduate curricula, training infrastructure, and research capacity.
• Mentor faculty, support postgraduate students, and enhance academic culture.
• Formulate institutional growth strategies and build national/international partnerships.
• Perform duties as assigned by higher authorities.
  
   

Requirements

• Must be a Professor with Level-III qualification.
• PhD in a health sciences-related field.
• MBBS as a basic qualification.
• Strong academic and research background.
• Recognized/eligible by PM&DC.
