Product Manager / BA

Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with strong Business Analysis skills who can transform raw product ideas into fully structured, documented, and execution-ready solutions.

You will play a critical role in owning the end-to-end product lifecycle — from idea validation and market research to documentation, planning, and coordination with technical teams.

This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically like a Product Manager and execute with precision like a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Discovery & Strategy

• Analyze and validate product ideas
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Define product vision, USP, and positioning
• Identify target audience and user personas
• Create product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies

Business Analysis & Documentation

• Prepare detailed documentation including:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• Convert ideas into structured workflows, use cases, and user journeys
• Define MVP scope and future feature roadmap
• Ensure clarity and completeness of all documentation

Product Planning & UX Collaboration

• Work with designers to create wireframes and user flows
• Ensure seamless user experience and logical product architecture
• Provide clear feature breakdowns for design and development teams

Technical Coordination

• Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks
• Assist in selecting appropriate tech stacks when required
• Ensure alignment between product vision and development execution

Execution & Delivery Management

• Create project timelines and define milestones (ETA-based planning)
• Manage product backlog and prioritize tasks
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate QA and testing processes
• Ensure final product meets defined requirements and quality standards

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or web-based products
• Expertise in writing BRD, SRS, and functional documentation
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to translate ideas into structured product plans
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, dev, QA)

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of system architecture and APIs
• Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, ClickUp, or Trello
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Experience managing remote teams
