Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Project Manager to manage and deliver end-to-end data programs. The role requires strong project management expertise along with a solid understanding of data and analytics environments, including cloud platforms.

Location: Karachi/Islamabad/Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: from scoping, planning, and kickoff to delivery, governance, and closure.
• Lead the preparation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee delivery across multiple data and analytics workstreams and act as the central coordination point for stakeholders.
• Maintain and track program plans, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate between business, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment on timelines and outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining an up-to-date RAID log.
• Drive Agile delivery by managing sprint planning, execution, and team coordination.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide clear updates to senior leadership and SteerCo forums.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of data and analytics environments
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms
• Experience managing multi-workstream programs
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
• Strong experience with Agile and structured delivery methodologies

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in data & analytics
• Certification in a recognized PM framework (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
