Role Description The Property Specialist role at IMARAT is a full-time,on-site at Shahra e Faisal, Karachi. This role involves managing and promoting both residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate property listings. The Property Specialist will support sales activities by identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, negotiating terms, and assisting in closing transactions. Daily responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and staying informed about local market trends and regulations. The role requires consistent on-ground presence to ensure a high standard of customer service and effective property representation.
Qualifications

 

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to advise clients on suitable properties.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure, to meet individual and team targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi, with strong local market awareness and familiarity with real estate regulations.
• Proficiency in basic office software and property management tools; prior experience in real estate or property management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
