Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality CONTROL Manager to lead and manage our QC department across the complete Cut-to-Pack process. The ideal candidate Should bring strong technical expertise in knitted garment quality, proven leadership ability, and a track record of consistently delivering garments that meet customer and management standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and manage the QC team to deliver quality garments in line with management and customer requirements.
• Oversee quality control across the entire Cut-to-Pack process, identifying critical control points to monitor and maintain quality from fabric inspection through to packing.
• Supervise the sampling process to ensure accurate, approved samples are provided to customers.
• Monitor and control quality with focus on doing things right the first time

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading a QC department in garment manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience working with knitted (knits) fabric in a managerial capacity.
• In-depth technical knowledge of garment quality factors and end-to-end QC procedures (fabric checking to packing).
• Ability to work independently with a thorough understanding of Cut-to-Pack processes.
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and reporting/analytical skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree / training in related field.
• Hands-on experience with 100% polyester garments (a strong advantage).
