This full-time position is designed for a professional individual who will provide comprehensive support to both internal and external customers through various administrative and operational tasks. The role requires managing communication systems, handling mail and documents, assisting with interview coordination, and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned by the administration and management teams. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively within a fast-paced office environment located near Korangi Industrial Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance to all internal and external customers.
- Operate the PABX system, including receiving, dialing, and forwarding calls efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail by accurately noting and distributing documents.
- Scan documents as required by different departments to maintain digital records.
- Carry out various administrative tasks such as booking, reservations, inquiries, typing, follow-ups, and reminders as assigned by the administration department.
- Prepare gate passes, maintenance requisitions, and other necessary forms for loaders and riders.
- Assist interview candidates by welcoming them and providing job application forms for the Human Resources team.
- Collect parcels from courier personnel and ensure their timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.
- Maintain a daily register documenting all parcels received at the head office.
- Receive and forward special sheets from shops and departments to the Managing Director promptly.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role.
- Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar administrative capacity.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential to handle data and reporting tasks.
- Immediate availability to join the team is required.
- Female candidates residing near Korangi Industrial Area are preferred to ensure timely and consistent attendance.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
