Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist management with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling multi-line telephone systems.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
