Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an International Recruiter to help us recruit top talent across the globe. You will perform full-cycle recruitment, targeting candidates from various countries in conjunction with our HR needs. 
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes
Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates
Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
Perform necessary background checks
Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers
Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department
Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending job fairs and conferences
Manage job descriptions and announcements
Advise the HR department on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants to be hired
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role (preferably in an international organization)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or HR information systems
Fluency in other languages is a huge plus
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
