Job Description:
We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering excellent service and managing schedules efficiently. This is a full-time, long-term remote opportunity for candidates based in India, working closely with our US-based clients and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and update employee and client schedules.
- Ensure all shifts are assigned at least one week in advance and manage any last-minute changes.
- Maintain a backup list of available staff for emergency shift coverage.
- Communicate scheduling changes to employees promptly and clearly.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling operations.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.
- Availability to work 6 days a week (evening/night shifts).
