VERSUS, a growing nutraceutical supplements brand, is looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead retail sales growth and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the retail sales team toward achieving targets.
• Develop and execute sales growth strategies.
• Propose and implement new sales schemes and initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and sales opportunities to identify growth areas.
• Build and leverage a strong network across pharmacies, and retail channels.

Requirements:

• 15-20+ years of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record in retail / pharmaceutical / nutraceutical sales
• Strong experience leading and managing sales teams
• Strong professional network within the market
• Good understanding of pharmacies, and retail channels
