Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Karachi. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through Baroque’s premium range of products. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, managing transactions, and maintaining the showroom’s appearance. Additionally, the role involves building client relationships and ensuring a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of luxury products, interiors, and furniture to provide expert advice
• Proven experience in retail sales accompanied by strong sales abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assist customers effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and ability to handle sales transactions accurately
• Previous experience in the luxury retail or interior design industry is an added advantage
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional relevant training is a plus
