We are looking for riders for one of its leading retail client

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently transport products to customer locations using a [bike/scooter/car].
Ensure timely delivery and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle or bike used for deliveries.
Plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and traffic laws at all times.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing updates on delivery status.
Assist with loading/unloading goods when necessary.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues promptly.
Ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner and meet company standards.
Required Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license (for car or motorbike) or appropriate qualifications for bike deliveries.
Good knowledge of the local area and ability to use GPS or navigation tools.
