Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement basic Facebook Marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content to promote company products and services effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and leads to generate interest and foster positive relationships.
• Analyze the performance of social media marketing efforts and provide feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
• Support sales initiatives by assisting with outreach activities and following up promptly with potential clients.
• Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and inquiries, responding in a timely and helpful manner.
• Maintain updated knowledge of social media trends and marketing practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments as necessary to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
• Attend training sessions to build skills in social media marketing and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all marketing and communication activities.
