Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at Cold Call Crew. SDR will be responsible for inside sales activities, lead generation, effective communication with prospects, sales strategy development and business development to drive revenue growth.

Excellent communication abilities with a focus on verbal effectiveness.
Skilled in appointment scheduling and managing client interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking in business development.
Proven experience in sales and expanding business opportunities.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work in dynamic environments.
Proactively identify and pursue new appointment scheduling opportunities via phone.
Educate potential clients and spark interest in services offered.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
Excel in handling objections and navigating client challenges.
Preference for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
