Cold Call Crew is a fast-growing outbound sales agency that helps businesses connect with qualified prospects and close more deals. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our US Outreach Campaign.

About the Role

As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying potential clients through outbound outreach. You will connect with business owners, introduce relevant solutions and set qualified appointments for Account Executives. This is a high-performance, results-driven position ideal for someone with solid outbound sales experience and a passion for communication and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach targeting the US market.
• Qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and campaign requirements.
• Schedule meetings and transfer qualified opportunities to the closing team.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Collaborate with campaign managers to refine messaging and strategy.
• Achieve weekly KPIs for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling or outbound B2B sales (US campaigns preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or Salesloft is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, tech or digital marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of B2B prospecting and US business culture.
• Prior work in outbound agencies or lead generation roles.
