Sales Executive

About the job
As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking individuals with international cold-calling experience, along with excellent communication skills.

Position Type: Full-time, on-site
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in international cold calling
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to UK clients to promote our services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in international cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
