The Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious and performance-driven Sales Executives to join a high-stakes environment. This role requires "conceptual selling"—the ability to sell the value of an experience rather than just a transaction. We want "hungry" professionals who are eager to prove themselves in the fast-paced world of international exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent Lead Gen: Identify and approach high-tier corporate clients to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conceptual Pitching: Present complex event and infrastructure solutions to key decision-makers.
• Deal Closure: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to final contract signing.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships by understanding client objectives and delivering ROI-focused solutions.

Required Qualifications & Standards

• Education & Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of proven sales success; prior exposure to exhibitions, events, or marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
• The "A-Player" Mindset: We require a high-performance, "no-excuse" mindset rooted in a culture of strong ownership, accountability, and the resilience to perform under extreme pressure.
• Strategic Execution: Must demonstrate analytical and conceptual thinking with a relentless, target-driven approach to achieving measurable results and independent conversions.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
