Sales Executive

Job Description

We're hiring Sales Executives for (Night Shift).

Auto transport experience is not mandatory. However at least 1 year of cold-calling experience on a U.S., U.K., or Canada-based campaign and a proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and achieving targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience in a call center.
• Experience with a U.S., U.K., or Canada-based campaign.
• Auto transport experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Proven sales record with experience meeting targets.
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills.

3-Month Probation

You will begin with a three-month probationary period.
During each month of probation, you will be required to achieve a mandatory small sales target. The required target MUST be achieved in each of the three consecutive probationary months in order to continue the probationary period.

Once you successfully complete the three-month probationary period, you will be eligible for confirmation as permanent employee.

Upon confirmation, your basic salary will be revised based on the sales and overall performance during the probationary period.
