Tick Industries is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team of 10 individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and data-driven decision making. This role requires a strong focus on understanding customer segmentation and lead generation to maximize the company's market presence and revenue. As a Sales Manager at Tick Industries, you will oversee daily sales operations, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with other departments to align sales initiatives with the companys goals. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to using sales analytics to optimize processes and achieve targets. This position demands at least two years of relevant experience in sales management or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Oversee lead generation processes and support the sales team in identifying and qualifying prospects effectively.
  • Analyze customer segmentation data to tailor sales approaches and improve targeting accuracy.
  • Utilize sales analytics to monitor performance metrics and optimize sales efforts continuously.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement and support.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management to inform business planning.
  • Conduct training and development sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Address and resolve any issues within the sales department to maintain a productive work environment.
