Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Karachi

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sales/Marketing Manager or General Manager Employment Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Manage social media presence and online marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, marketing, or business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital platforms, and sales processes.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
