About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling Digital Marketing and Website Development Services to clients in the USA market.

This is a senior-level, onsite sales position that demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in closing high-value B2B deals. Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, approach, and close clients from the USA for Website Development and Digital Marketing services.
· Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
· Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and customized proposals for potential clients.
· Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
· Maintain CRM updates, track leads, and report sales performance regularly.
· Stay informed about digital trends, competitor services, and market developments.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in selling Digital Marketing and Website Development Services (USA market preferred).
· Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, web development processes, and lead generation.
· Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
· Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).
· Must be based in Karachi and available for onsite work.

Shift Timings: Monday – Friday, 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Night Shift)
