Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team with a specific focus on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing profiles, bidding on projects, generating leads, and closing sales to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
Search and bid on relevant projects daily to acquire new clients.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch suitable services.
Convert leads into confirmed projects through follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, development, content) for smooth project execution.
Build long-term relationships with clients for recurring business.
Maintain records of all bids, communications, and project statuses.
Compensation:
Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month
Commission: Attractive commission structure based on successful sales and closed deals
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or business development, especially on Upwork and Fiverr
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of digital services such as web development, graphic design, SEO, etc.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts
Good understanding of bidding strategies and freelance platform algorithms
