Location: Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assigned hub/team business targets are achieved and balanced growth is achieved in financing to all segments under the Commercial Banking Division.
- Onboard new customers, establishing relationships and strengthening existing ones.
- Identify business opportunities to grow funded and non-funded business, structure proposals, negotiate terms, and determine security arrangements.
- Prepare and process credit proposals/renewals related to assigned relationships and conduct financial analysis and credit risk assessment as per the Bank’s policy and SBP Prudential Regulations.
- Ensure turnaround times defined by SBP or internal procedures for credit processing are met.
- Liaise with other business units for business leads and cross-sell with other business groups.
- Ensure no fresh NPL (Non-Performing Loans) additions in the portfolio and work towards reducing existing NPLs.
- Conduct periodical business calls to customers and submit business call/visit reports, ensuring timely recovery of installments, markups, and other bank charges.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank’s operational procedures and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
- Maintain housekeeping of portfolio at 100% regularized level, ensuring satisfactory audit ratings and timely resolution of audit/SBP observations.
- Conduct proper screening of customers to ensure eligibility for Bank products and services, while maintaining credit discipline.
- Pay special attention to the needs of vulnerable persons, ensuring fair treatment in accordance with the Bank's policies.
- Monitor compliance of the terms and conditions of approved credit packages, ensuring record updating.
- Communicate any changes in product terms and conditions to customers promptly.
- Ensure the team receives adequate training on product knowledge, soft skills, and the Bank's FTC framework.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.
Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 years of banking experience, with preference for candidates having at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Age: Up to 55 years as of May 21, 2026.
