Whether your background is in sales, customer support, telecalling, or any other international/domestic calling role if you've spent time on the phone with customers or clients, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with US-based clients or customers
• Communicate clearly and professionally to address queries, provide information, or support ongoing client relationships
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets in a structured process environment
• Work closely with the team to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in any calling-based role considered — sales, customer support, telecalling, BPO voice process, appointment setting, or similar
• Fluent, professional English — required for daily interaction with US-based contacts
• Comfortable working night shift hours and meeting performance targets
• Self-motivated, confident, and professional on calls
• Willing to work permanent night shift (6 PM – 2 AM), 6 days a week, fully on-site
