The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a vital member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment across the UAE and Pakistan markets. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to build strategic talent pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles across various business verticals in the UAE and Pakistan.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques and market insights.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Provide data-driven insights and market trends to contribute to the overall talent strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably within corporate functions and across diverse markets such as the UAE and Pakistan.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at various organizational levels.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
