Job Overview:
As the SEO Team Lead at TechVida, you will be responsible for overseeing the SEO team and leading the development and execution of strategies that improve our online presence and search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in SEO, a deep understanding of the software industry, and a passion for continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring the successful execution of SEO campaigns and strategies.
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings, increasing website traffic, and generating qualified leads.
On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Oversee the implementation of on-page SEO techniques (keywords, meta tags, content optimization, etc.) and off-page strategies (link building, social media integration, etc.).
SEO Audits & Performance Tracking: Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and measure the performance of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content is created to support marketing efforts and drive traffic.
Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to inform content strategy, identify new opportunities, and optimize existing content for better visibility.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, ensuring the team remains ahead of industry changes.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present detailed reports on SEO performance, traffic growth, and ROI to management, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (development, marketing, and product teams) to ensure SEO strategies are integrated across all aspects of the business.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in SEO, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software industry, with experience in SEO for software or tech companies.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical SEO: In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including website structure, crawlability, indexing, site speed optimization, and more.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, management, and clients.
Problem-Solving: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle SEO challenges and improve performance.
Punctual & Hardworking: Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, stay punctual, and deliver quality results under pressure.
Passionate Learner: A strong desire to stay updated on the latest SEO trends, techniques, and software industry developments.
