Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in leading restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service, and managing staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver top-quality service.
Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Assist with inventory management and daily reporting.
Train and develop team members for operational excellence.

Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate with 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in QSR, casual dining, or retail.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

Location: Various restaurant locations across Karachi & Islamabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
