Job Description

OT Interiors is looking for a responsible and energetic Site Supervisor to manage interior project sites. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with workers and vendors, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain professional communication with clients. This role demands a proactive individual who can efficiently handle site activities while adhering to project schedules and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities at interior project sites to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Coordinate with site workers and vendors to maintain a steady workflow and ensure the availability of necessary materials. Monitor the quality of workmanship to meet both company standards and client expectations. Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing any concerns and providing timely updates on project progress. Manage site schedules, materials, and timelines to guarantee project completion within the agreed deadlines.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should be between 22 to 35 years of age. An intermediate level of education is preferred. The candidate must be mature and confident when interacting with clients and site teams. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to effectively manage site operations. The ability to organize site work, materials, and timelines is critical. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi, specifically to DHA or nearby areas, prior to starting work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Basic knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works is preferred but not mandatory. The position offers a basic salary ranging from PKR 18,000 to 25,000. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is a contract-based role with a duration of one month. The job types include contract, internship, and opportunities suitable for freshers. The work location is on-site at various assigned project locations within Karachi.
